Youth Services Librarian
The Peabody Public Library is seeking a full-time Youth Services Librarian to provide classes, in-person and digital programs, outreach services, and materials to the children and teens of the community. Must have a familiarity with children’s literature and understand the stages of childhood and adolescent development.
Must have a Baccalaureate degree in library science or related field of study, with willingness to acquire Indiana Library Certification LC5. Masters in Library/Information Science preferred. The salary will be based upon experience, benefits included.
Schedule includes mornings, afternoons, 1 evening and every third weekend including Saturdays & Sundays.
