Official Contest Rules

Eligibility & Categories
The contest is open to all ages, with entries divided into three groups:

  • Youth: Ages 0–11

  • Teen: Ages 12–18

  • Adult: Ages 19+

Each participant may submit one entry only.

Artwork Requirements

  • Submissions must be the participant’s original work.

  • Entries should be suitable for a general audience. Artwork may not include AI or computer-generated elements, copyrighted material, inappropriate images, or offensive language.

  • Designs are encouraged to celebrate the Peabody Public Library’s 125th anniversary, the joy of reading, and the spirit of community.

Submission Format
Accepted formats:

  • Digital files: JPG or PNG at 300 dpi resolution or higher

  • Physical copies: Must be no larger than 8.5" x 5.5" and easily scannable

Note: The library may make minor adjustments to artwork to meet printing specifications.

Usage Rights
By entering, participants grant Peabody Public Library permission to use, reproduce, and publish their designs for promotional purposes.

Deadline & Submission
All entries must be received by January 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
